In association with Howarth Consulting in Hungary, SMC was retained to complete a comprehensive market study and feasibility assignment for a newly planned Destination Spa & Beach Resort in Dubai for Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.

The project had a strong “Medi-Spa” focus.

Our work involved an assessment of the local, regional and international comparable and competitive environment, with specific reference to spa & wellness and an evaluation of the inherent risks and opportunities associated with the project.

The assignment concluded with recommendations on overall business & marketing strategy.
