SMC was retained to advise on the feasibility of creating a Health Spa as an integral part of this prestigious hotel. Our work involved proposals on concept and operating philosophy for the proposed new health spa.
The primary objective was to determine the market and earnings potential of establishing it as part of the hotel’s overall business strategy.
The facility is recognised as a very important component of the overall hospitality mix at the hotel and is still widely recognised as one of the best and most luxurious in Portugal.
